His kit is underwhelming, he won't powercreep anyone till he get a buff.
Save for argenti, based on his damage, he will powercreep everyone like he is gonna be 80% better than every dps

your jingliu is better than mine and im bronyaless. used him with e4 pela and tingyun and best i could do was 160k 💀
my trash build, a well built jingliu should have around 250 cdmg
how is that even possible my jingliu with around 183 cdmg can hit more than than and keep in mind that 183 cdmg for a character that doesnt need crit rate is actually quite low, pretty sure that average jingliu users should have around 250 cdmg since she doesnt need any crit rate. And keep in mind this is only on ult not the enchaned skill

for my standard that crit ratio is trash. average is 70:150+
damn then imagine him with bis ligtcone. bro critting with just that ratio while my f2p jingliu with aeon struggling to hit 200k in moc even though she got super cracked crit ratio 🤡 omg scamliu
