tldr, DHIL is good, but not must pull
I am a 57 year old, with knowledge in HSR TC and I can safely say that IL is mediocre at best, and his pull value is not good. If ratio is not free anymore, my best advice is save for a future IMG DPS. in like 3.0 or something
the dmg he deals to 3 targets ratio deals to one, and the dmg argenti deals on the same amount of targets is his double. Not saying he is bad, but compared to his dmg on launch, I feel like new players doesn't need him anymore. Anyway one pulls whoever they like, I wouldn't mind getting him, honestly it wouldn't be bad to have him but spending jades is a big no
wtf you taking about? His dmg is still top tier, how can he not compete with other dps who are still below him? You don’t even need sparkle unless you wanna make him broken.
that is one thing I can agree on. DHIL is not trash cause that would mean every other dps except for jingliu (even her tbh since they’re on the same level rn) is also trash. Also DHIL has the advantage of being blast over ratio and keeping in mind that dr ratio won’t be free forever. For coverage you should definitely go for someone else but DHIL isn’t trash and still has a lot of value. Also black swan without Kafka is pretty meh.
DHIL not bad but overrated af, now that we have free ratio IL is not someone you need unless you pull cuz you like him, his dmg can't be compared to other dps and just doesnt feel like top tier anymore. Hanabi could change that but needing a limited 5 star support to be good is just a waste of jades

Huo Huo is great but imho Fu Xuan is just on another level, she makes your team immortal and give crit making everyone easier to build. HH gives energy and atk so she's better for DoT but I'd rather have RM. Anyway HuoHuo is great but I would say Fu Xuan is better

Huo is good but Fu, 12% crit rate 40% crit dmg (c1 + ornaments), some dmg buff from her LC, at c6 (where i'm going) she is good sub aoe dps also and is way better sustain than Huo. Huo is best for dot team.
how strange, his e2 should practically 0-1 cycle any content so either your lying about his strength, playing him completely wrong or the screenshot isn’t even yours to began with. Wouldn’t be surprised by either three. And no, dhil is still better for MoC then black swan lol.
