Honestly DHIL is overrated, his dmg is not the highest in the game (at least until sparkle comes out, than we'll see if he skyrockets) while ratio also is a bit rated higher than he actually is cuz other DPS can match his dmg in st

second best dps doesnt matter, what matters in moc is not who can deal damage in a single screenshot, what matters is damage per cycle and dhil is just trash at that, compared to bs team lol
