Huo Huo is great but imho Fu Xuan is just on another level, she makes your team immortal and give crit making everyone easier to build. HH gives energy and atk so she's better for DoT but I'd rather have RM. Anyway HuoHuo is great but I would say Fu Xuan is better

Huo is good but Fu, 12% crit rate 40% crit dmg (c1 + ornaments), some dmg buff from her LC, at c6 (where i'm going) she is good sub aoe dps also and is way better sustain than Huo. Huo is best for dot team.
how strange, his e2 should practically 0-1 cycle any content so either your lying about his strength, playing him completely wrong or the screenshot isn’t even yours to began with. Wouldn’t be surprised by either three. And no, dhil is still better for MoC then black swan lol.
fyi i had e0 IL during his first banner, and decided to e2 him just so i could use him again

nah huohuo is the best sustain in terms of 0 cycling, a free 20 energy on whole team with 40% attack and so much cleanse, yeah would in there right mind think huohuo is gonna be balanced
ur delusional putting dhil at 2 when we have a free IMG dps, top 2 would be jingliu, and kafka with blackswan, for newer players its way better to get more type coverage, also ruan mei should be in 1 too
BS is good to have if you use Kafka but otherwise not so must pull, my 5 stars priority list would be (for the new players who dont have any 5 stars, my personal opinion): 1) Fu Xuan, she sets the game peaceful mode 2) Jingliu / DHIL just to have a DPS good in both at and AoE 3) Ruan Mei, best limited support rn 4) Kafka, if and only if you like dot Other than those just pull who you like, these chars are the only one you need to clear the game
