Explanation
A Secret Vow provides decent base stats given that it's a 4-star Light Cone. The ability of A Secret Vow allows its wearer to deal increases DMG from the get-go. It also further buffs the wearer's DMG to enemies whose HP percentage is equal to or higher than the wearer's HP!
With this, a Secret Vow should work well for Destruction characters who need to be constantly attacked by enemies or has abilities that can reduce their HP!

Great for Some Destruction Characters
If you pulled A Secret Vow, we recommend upgrading it. Compared to On the Fall of an Aeon at S5, A Secret Vow deals more DMG when fully superimposed. A Secret Vow is also considered Blade's second-best in slot Light Cone!
