Loop provides average base stats since it's a 3-star Light Cone. Loop's ability allows its wearer to deal increased DMG to Slowed enemies.
Welt can use this Light Cone since his kit can Slow enemies. Also, if you pair Acheron with a character like Welt, she will benefit from the DMG buff that Loop provides
Is Loop Worth It?
Temporary Light Cone for Welt and Acheron
You can use Loop temporarily if you have Welt or Acheron. But, we recommend replacing it with a better Nihility Light Cone immediately.
