Best set for Ruan Mei. People are really sleeping on this set for a set that offers 5% ER. Seriously? She gets plenty of ER to 3 turn rotate if you use it as main stat on rope. She has an ER trace as well. The only thing that is hard to get up is speed from my experience running messenger even with speed shoes main stat. And for those still reading Ruan Mei only needs 160% break effect, not 180%. She will get her trace 20% upon entering battle.

This set is best for ALL CHARACTERS with various elemental effects instead of pure damage from all skill options. Additional Ice dmg, more DOT dmg, extra Quantum DMG, and Imaginary delays every single break. You need to have Break Effect full builds every equipments you can.

This set for Ruan Mei is bias. I guess tho. If they have new set or new planets . Basically this set plus set thief total 72%. If unlucky ea part thieft set 5-6% plus 4 pieces =20-24%. If u get her LC add 60% total 150%~ . Goodluck u guys.
