Defeat Chen Loong in Bitter Lake

Black Myth Wukong - Defeat Chen Loong at the Bitter Lake

Chen Loong can be found in the North Shore of the Bitter Lake in Chapter 3. He will be in the middle of the waters along the coast right in front of the Turtle General. Approach him to start the fight.

Return to Xu Dog in Yellow Wind Ridge

Black Myth Wukong - Return to Xu Dog for a Pellet

After defeating Chen Loong, he will ask for one of Xu Dog's pills. Head back to Yellow Wind Ridge and travel to the Crouching Tiger Temple Cellar. Talk to him and he will give you a Special-Made Bone-Strengthening Pellet for Chen Loong.

Deliver Pellet to Chen Loong

Black Myth Wukong - Deliver Pellet to Chen Loong

Head back to Chen Loong at the same place in Bitter Lake and give him the pellet from Xu Dog. He will then hand you the Ruyi Scroll which will immediately transport you to the Zodiac Village.

Access to the Zodiac Village

Black Myth Wukong - Arrive in Zodiac Village

At the end of the Ruyi Scroll quest, you'll now be able to access the Zodiac Village by unlocking the shrine in the area.

Here, you can find all the Zodiac deities you've met and use their services such as Shen Monkey, Xu Dog, and Chen Loong. You'll also be able to meet Yin Tiger who offers blacksmithing services for the Destined One.

Fight Yin Tiger for New Unlockables

Completing the quest means you can also fight Yin Tiger in the Zodiac Village to obtain the Ebon Flow transformation spell, allowing you to transform into the Yin Tiger.

Beating him also unlocks an extra Curio slot when you ask him for an upgrade. This can be repeated on subsequent New Game+ playthroughs.
