Collect All 20 Weapons

There are 20 weapons you need to collect to get 100% weapons in Black Myth: Wukong. Officially, there are 21 weapons total, but you do not need the Bronzecloud Staff from the Deluxe Edition to complete this achievement.

Weapons can be unlocked by crafting and upgrading over the course of the game. Weapon crafting recipes are obtained by defeating bosses but some can only be unlocked after New Game+.

Collect All 74 Armor

There are 74 pieces of armor you need to collect to get 100% armor in Black Myth: Wukong. Officially, there are 78 pieces of armor total, but you do not need the Folk Opera set from the Deluxe Edition to complete this achievement.

Armor can be unlocked by crafting, defeating enemies, or looting chests. Armor crafting recipes are obtained by defeating bosses but some can only be unlocked after New Game+.

One piece of armor, the Venomous Armguard, is highly missable so make sure to fulfill the conditions to obtain this item.

Collect All 4 Vessels

There are 4 vessels that you need to collect to get 100% in Black Myth: Wukong. Vessels give powerful effects and can be obtained by defeating secret bosses.

Collect All 55 Spirits

There are 55 spirits that you need to collect to get 100% spirits in Black Myth: Wukong. Spirits can be obtained after defeating enemies in specific circumstances. This makes spirits one of the most highly missable content in the game.

Collect All 10 Transformations

There are 10 transformations that you need to collect to get 100% transformations in Black Myth: Wukong.

Spell transformations can be obtained by defeating bosses, doing quests, and completing the story. Keep in mind that transformations like the Violet Hail and Dark Thunder are both commonly missable content.

There is also a transformation called the Azure Dome which can only be obtained by completing the secret ending.

There are over 200 journal portraits that you need to collect to get 100% journal entries in Black Myth: Wukong. This include 90 Lesser Yaoguai, 55 Yaoguai Chiefs, 26 Yaoguai Kings and 32 Characters.

Collect All 36 Curios

There are 36 curios you need to collect to get 100% curios in Black Myth: Wukong. Officially, there are 37 curios total, but you do not need the Wind Chimes from the Deluxe Edition to complete this achievement.

Curios can be obtained by defeating bosses, looting chests, or purchasing from the shrine store. A lot of curios are obtained from secret areas so make sure to explore each area carefully before proceeding with the story.

Collect All 12 Gourds

There are 12 gourds you need to collect to get 100% gourds in Black Myth: Wukong.

Gourds can be obtained by defeating bosses, looting chests, upgrading gourds, or purchasing from Shen Monkey. However, you will need to start New Game+ to unlock the Qing-Tian Gourd.

If you did not pre-order the Deluxe Edition, you can obtain the Trailblazer's Scarlet Gourd by talking to Horse Guai at his Chapter 3 Location.

Collect All 16 Drinks and 27 Soaks

There are 16 drinks and 27 soaks that you need to collect to get 100% drinks and soaks in Black Myth: Wukong.

Drinks and Soaks can be obtained by defeating enemies, looting chests, upgrading Coconut Wine, or purchasing from Shen Monkey. However, you will need to start New Game+ to unlock Guanyin's Willow Leaf.

There are 14 medicinal formulas that you need to collect to get 100% formulas in Black Myth: Wukong. Formulas can be obtained by looting chests, exploring the overworld, or purchasing from Xu Dog.

Some formulas will not be unlocked in Xu Dog's shop until later in the game so make sure to check back on Xu Dog often.

There are 15 seeds that you need to collect to get 100% seeds in Black Myth: Wukong. Seeds can be obtained by collecting plants or defeating enemies. Keep in mind that seeds are random drops and it may take several tries to obtain.
