Attack the Head for a Knockdown

Kang-Jin Loong can be tricky to hit consistently due to her frequent aerial movements. However, dealing about 30% damage to her head will knock her down, giving you a great opportunity to deal significant damage.

The Cloud Step spell and the jumping Light Attack into Heavy Attack combo helps to consistently hit her head and knock her down.

Build Up Focus for the Knockdown

While aiming for the knockdown, it's smart to build up your Focus. This allows you to unleash a fully charged Heavy Attack when she’s down. The Fireproof Mantle can help by passively recharging your Focus.

Save Your Big Hits for the Knockdown

Save powerful moves like A Pluck of Many, Immobilize, a fully charged Heavy Attack, and a high-damage Spirit Skill for when Kang-Jin Loong is knocked down around 70% health. Just before she hits that health threshold, use A Pluck of Many to summon your clones.

Once she’s knocked down, unleash your fully charged Heavy Attack followed by Light Attacks. Before she recovers, use Immobilize and then hit her with a heavy Spirit Skill like the Wander Spirit’s.

Use the Wind Tamer Vessel for a Short Knockdown
