The first Buddha Eye can be found right in front of the Squall Hideout Shrine. If you don't have it yet, all you need to do is teleport there and turn around to get it.
The second Buddha Eye can be found inside the cave to the left of the Squall Hideout Shrine. Just follow the left path upwards until you can make a left towards the Buddha Head.
Just be careful since you can easily get overwhelmed by the multiple Stone enemies in the area, if you ignore them.
The third Buddha Eye is still close to the Squall Hideout Shrine, but it's guarded by a bunch of enemies that are harder to ignore.
From the shrine, head towards the Spearbone on top of the hill. Instead of going towrds the enemy, make a left and head up the stairs to where the head is located.
The fourth Buddha Eye is located somewhat inbetween the second and third heads. Again, you'll want to go to the Squall Hideout Shrine to easily find it.
Once you're at the shrine, head right and then immediately left. Just keep following the left side path until you reach the fourth head.
The fifth Buddha Eye can be found near the area where you fight the Mother of Stones. The fastest way to get there is by going to the Rockrest Flat Shrine, then turning around into the cave and heading up and right.
From there, just hug the right wall until you go back outside to where the head's located. Do note that you may need to beat the boss first before you can safely interact with the head.
The final Buddha Eye can be easily found whenever you teleport to the Rockrest Flat Shrine. As soon as you exit the menu, just look to the left and you should see the head.
As of now, the only use for the Buddha Eyes is to unlock the Shigandang optional boss fight. You can unlock the fight by heading to the Stone Vanguard's arena and interacting with the boulder when you have all six eyes.
If you're not sure where the Stone Vanguard's boss arena is, just head to the Rockrest Flat Shrine and follow along the left wall where the sixth Buddha Eye can be found.
