Defeat Cyan Loong

Black Myth Wukong - Cyan Loong

To unlock the crafting recipe for Golden Loong Staff, you need to defeat Cyan Loong in The New West in Chapter 3. You then need to open a chest nearby with the Loong Scales key item.

You will unlock the recipe for this weapon after defeating the boss and opening the chest, which you can then craft at any Shrine.
