You will come across most of these bosses when progressing through the main story, so as long as you're playing the game, you will get a good chunk of this quest done.
Following the main path at the start of the story, you'll eventually come across the Pale-Axe Stalwart as a boss. Taking him down to 25% HP will end the fight, allowing you to talk to him and start this quest.
After talking to the Pale-Axe Stalwart, walk up the stairs and fight the Brown-Iron Cart boss. Stay on its sides so that you can avoid its front-facing attacks. Once the boss has been beaten, activate the nearby shrine and go to the next step.
As a note, you can also go behind the boss by walking up and along the wall to the right, but you're still susceptible to attacks that hit behind its back.
Rest at the nearby shrine and head back to where you fought the Pale-Axe Stalwart. Talk to him multiple times, or until his dialogue repeats, and then move on and continue the story.
When following the main story path, you'll eventually need to fight the Gray-Bronze Cart in an extremely narrow pathway. There will be a safe spot right before the boss, so use that area to weave in and out until the boss is dead.
After beating Quick as Fire, Fast as Wind, you'll eventually be led to the Valley Entrance Shrine. at the bottom of the path in the lava area, there will be a dead cart to the right that you'll need to interact with for this quest.
As a note, this dead cart is also tied to the Horse Quest. Make sure that you talk to Ma Tianba in the previous 4 Chapters before interacting with the cart, otherwise, the quest can't be completed after facing the next major story boss.
Before going down to look for the cart, it's recommended to equip the Fireproof Mantle first. This will negate damage received from stepping on lava, making it easier to navigate and fight in this terrain.
You can get this Vessel by beating Elder Jinchi and clearing the Chapter 1 Secret Area.

Continuing with the story, you'll eventually come across the Crimson-Silver Cart along your way. Defeat the boss and talk to the Pale-Axe Stalwart afterwards until his dialogue starts repeating. Once that happens, continue the story.
If the Pale-Axe Stalwart isn't there, then you'll need to go back to the Camp of Seasons Shrine and talk to him until he starts repeating his dialogue.
How to Beat Crimson-Silver Cart
Eventually, once you're past the rolling ball section, there will be a cutscene that removes all the large flame walls in the area. Heading back down the path where the ball was, there will now be a newly unlocked pathway.
Follow the path downwards until you reach the Cooling Slope Shrine. When you're ready, head towards the ice gate to defeat the Rusty-Gold Cart, which is the final cart you need to beat.
After beating the Rust-Gold Cart, head towards the gate and talk to the Pale-Axe Stalwart lying down to the right on the rocks. Once the cutscene ends, you will unlock the secret area and complete this quest!

While the Pale-Axe Stalwart is a relatively easy boss with telegraphed moves, there will also be a lot of other enemies in the arena fighting each other. Take out the regular enemies first before turning your attention to the boss.
This cart is fought immediately after the Pale-Axe Stalwart, so you may want to teleport back to a shrine and rest up before taking it on. Besides that, it's immobile and easy to dodge, so just stick to the right and whale on it until it's dead.
This boss is fought in a very narrow corridor, making it much harder to evade than the previous cart. Thankfully, there is a small alcove right before the actual boss, so you can use that to your advantage to stay away from its attacks.
This one is a bit harder than the previous two since it actually moves around and can use new attacks. However, this is still easily beaten by bursting it down with A Pluck of Many since it's still large and can be attacked from many angles.
How to Beat Crimson-Silver Cart
As hinted by the arena size, the final cart is a lot more mobile and aggressive , utilizing AoE fire attacks to restrict your attacking opportunities. Make sure to utilize Immobilize when you can to help you quickly take down the boss.
