There are currently 2.2 million players who have started playing Black Myth: Wukong on Steam within 12 hours of the game's release! This gives Black Myth: Wukong the highest 24-hour peak player count and the second highest all-time peak.

Black Myth: Wukong is now live and available for the PlayStation 5 and Steam and the Epic Games Store in PC!
The game was released on August 20, 2024.
Black Myth: Wukong will be released on the PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on August 20. The game will also be released on the Xbox Series X|S in the future.

Black Myth: Wukong is available in four different editions, with the pricier bundles containing bonus equipment for the game and several physical goodies for avid collectors.
Black Myth: Wukong is now available for pre-order for both the PlayStation 5 and PC. Those who pre-order the game will receive the Trailblazer's Scarlet Gourd early in the story.
Although sharing a few gameplay elements with titles in the genre, Black Myth: Wukong is not considered to be a Soulslike game. The game is more forgiving compared to the Souls games and the like and fits more under the action RPG genre.
