To encounter Fungiwoman, fast travel to Yellow Flowers, Court of Illumination and pass through the gate behind the shrine.

Keep going forward until you pass through the second gate and follow the stair paths.

Make Your Way Up the Stairs

Keep following the stairs until you reach the top of the hill and spot an abandoned house. Fungiwoman will emerge from one of the mushrooms around the area when interacted with.
