The Five Skandhas are key items you can collect from interactable rock heads and secret bosses in Black Myth: Wukong. Read on to learn where to find all the Skandhas and what you can do with them!

Chapter 1 - Skandha of Form

| # | Skandha of Form Location Walkthrough |
|---|---|
| 1 | From the Forest of Wolves - Front Hills keeper shrine, continue on the path and cross the bridge towards the Bullguard. |
| 2 | Before reaching the boss, head left instead of going right and you'll reach a water stream where a monkey can be found near a rock head. |
| 3 | After the monkey leaves when you approach, interact with the rock head to obtain the Skandha of Form. |
The Skandha of Form can be found in Chapter 1 near the Forest of Wolves - Front Hills keeper shrine found at the start of the game.
Chapter 2 - Skandha of Feeling
The Skandha of Feeling can be obtained after defeating the Shigandang boss in Chapter 2 . This boss can be found in Rockrest Flat but you will have to obtain all the Buddha Eyeballs in the area to unlock him.
Chapter 3 - Skandha of Thought

| 1 | From the Valley of Ecstasy - Mindfulness Cliff keeper shrine, head towards the small wooden bridge and jump off to the right. |
| 2 | Continue forwards after jumping down and turn left to keep following the path along the side of the mountain. |
| 3 | You'll find yourself in another cave where you'll go through a narrow path and up a set of stairs to find the same monkey from Chapter 1 next to a rock head. |
| 4 | Interact with the rock head at the top of the stairs to obtain the Skandha of Thought. |
The Skandha of Thought can be found near the Valley of Ecstasy - Mindfulness Cliff keeper shrine in Chapter 3.
Chapter 4 - Skandha of Choice

| 1 | From the Webbed Hollow - Putrifying Spring keeper shrine, follow the path up through the narrow exit out of the cave.. |
| 2 | After exiting the cave, move forward and jump down the body of water. From there, head left and up the wooden platform. |
| 3 | You'll be able to see the rock head from here and interact with it to obtain the Skandha of Choice. |
The Skandha of Choice can be found near the Webbed Hollow - Putrifying Spring keeper shrine in Chapter 4.
Chapter 6 - Skandha of Consciousness from Giant Shigandang
The final Skandha of Consciousness can be obtained by defeating the Giant Shigandang found in Chapter 6. From the Foothills - Verdant Path keeper shrine, use the Somersault Cloud and head north. Make a right turn towards a valley and follow the path to find a giant rock.
Five Skandhas Quest Rewards
Five Skandhas Pill
After obtaining all of the five Skandhas, talk to Xu Dog at the Zodiac Village and hand over the Skandhas to obtain the Five Skandhas Pill. This pill will increase your health, mana, and stamina.
