Found Near Squall Hideout
From the Shrine at Squall Hideout, take the right path and follow it straight to the ravine. You'll find the Man-In-Stone at the end of this path.
Keep in mind that you must complete his quest before you can fight him.
Defeat Mother of Stones First
To fight the Man-In-Stone, you must first defeat the Mother of Stones.
After defeating her, you'll obtain the Stone Essence key item, which is required by Man-In-Stone to initiate the battle.

Simple Battle Strategy
This fight is straightforward and can be won with repeated combo attacks. Man-In-Stone's attacks are easy to dodge and counter.
Additionally, you can cheese him with Pole Stance if you do not want to get any damage. However, this might take time.
Use Wandering Wight Spirit to Deal Massive Damage
To deal significant damage, use the Wandering Wight's spirit skill against Man-In-Stone.
Given the confined space, the attack is almost guaranteed to hit, ensuring a substantial reduction in his HP.
