Tiger's Acolyte is one of the optional Yaoguai Chief boss enemies found in the Yellow Wind Formation where the Old Rattle-Drum key item is obtained, which is required to complete the Old-Rattle Drum quest, in Black Myth: Wukong. The Tiger's Acolyte can be found in Yellow Wind Formation, Windrest Hamlet. Starting from the shrine there, just head straight and follow the path until you reach a bridge where you'll see the Tiger's Acolyte.
Defeating the Tiger's Acolyte will give you the Old Rattle-Drum key item that's required to start and complete the Old Rattle-Drum quest in Chapter 2.

The most important thing to note when fightning the Tiger's Acolyte is you can actually fall off the sides of the bridge and die. With that in mind, avoid staying near the sides of the bridge or at least be extremely careful when near them as the fight can be over instantly if you fall.
Given that you're fighting the Tiger's Acolyte on a bridge and that you can fall of the sides, minimizing the Tiger Acolyte and your movements makes the fight safer for you.
The best strategy to use for the fight is using Immobilize and Rock Solid against the boss. Immobilize will keep the Tiger Acolyte in place and allow you to safely deal damage. Meanwhile, Rock Solid is a great way to counter its attacks without having to dodge roll, eliminating the risk of accidentally falling off the bridge.
