The Supreme Gourd is the highest upgrade level of the gourd you start with in Black Myth: Wukong. Read on to learn about what you need to get the Supreme Gourd, and where to do the quest to get it.

Before attempting to unlock the Supreme Gourd, make sure your gourd is upgraded to the Medicine Buddha Gourd which has nine sips.
Upgrading gourds require Luojia Fragrant Vines which can be found scattered throughout the game. You then have to talk to Shen Monkey found in either Chapter 1 or the Zodiac Village to upgrade your Gourd to reach the Medicine Buddha Gourd.
Find the Old Man that you first met in Chapter 1 near the Rakshasa Palace Shrine in Chapter 5. From the shrine, cross the bridge and keep going until you see the giant Yaoguais standing in the lava. Jump left into the lava and you should spot a temple you can enter.

Once you find the Old Man, talk to him and exhaust his dialogue. A flame that you can interact with will then show up at the center of the temple in front of him. Interact with the flame to absorb it and automatically upgrade your gourd into the Supreme Gourd.

The Supreme Gourd is currently the gourd with the highest number of sips with 10! It has no additional effect, however, but it's the best all-around gourd for players to use.
