How to Get Ruyi Scroll

Give the Special-made Bone-Strengthening Pellet to Chen Loong

After defeating Chen Loong, he will tell you that he cannot move properly and that you need to give him medicine for it.

To get the medicine, simply go to Crouching Tiger Temple Cellar and talk to Xu Dog and he will give you the Special-made Bone-Strengthening Pellet. Go back to Chen Loong and talk to him to get the scroll and access to the Painted Realm.
