Remember, just because you've already cleared these dungeons, it does not make them any easier, so use your best team and bring your best items.

How to Use Evolution Crystals

Required to Evolve Some Pokemon

It does not matter whether your Evolution Crystals are in your toolbox or in the Kangaskhan Storage. You just need to go to the Luminous Cave and evolve the Pokemon that require the Evolution Crystals. They will be automatically consumed afterwards.
