This is a guide on how to make the best flying party in Fire Emblem Heroes (FEH). To know the pros and cons of making an all-flying party and which flying units are the best to use, read on!
List of Contents
An all-flying party isn't hindered by terrain like mountains and rivers and can easily fly over them.
This allows them to quickly close the distance towards the enemy team, and also retreat out of reach.
Flying units take 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units.
Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units, or defeat these enemy units first.
When organizing a party, it's important to have units of different colors.
This ensures your party can defeat different types of enemy units of different attributes.
Giving Iote's Shield to tanky flying units like New Year Hríd or Beruka will greatly help them in surviving hits for their allies.
You can give them Iote's Shield as a Sacred Seal to free up their A Slot for something else.

New Year Peony herself has a lot of mobiliy due to the the skills she has been given on her B, C, and Sacred Seal slots.
Air Orders 3, Flier Formation 3, and Flier Guidance 3 allows your units within 2 spaces of the unit with the skill to move to an adjacent space to them.
This gives them added mobility and opens your party up for surprise attacks on the enemy team.
There are several skills that flying units can use to buff either themselves and their allies, or make themselves tougher to defeat.
