When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
+Atk/-Spd
The best IVs for H!Kagero are +Atk and -Spd. A higher Atk stat widens the range of enemies she can take out in one hit. Her Spd is already low and it is not that important for her so you can safely take it as a bane. Additionally, Bold Fighter 3 grants her guaranteed follow-up attacks so any additional points in Atk are easily utilized.

How to Use, Explanation
This is an offensive build for Halloween Kagero. Starfish+ gives her a follow-up attack before the enemy unit can counterattack. Stacking Atk and Res make her ideal for taking out magic units. A/R Far Save allows her to tank damage for her allies.

Halloween Kagero Roles, Strengths, and Weaknesses
Halloween Kagero Roles
H!Kagero is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
H!Kagero Strengths
Guaranteed Follow-up Attacks
If H!Kagero initiates combat, she makes a guaranteed follow-up attack becaue of Bold Fighter 3. In addition to that, the skill grants her +1 special cooldown charge. This allows her to activate Draconic Aura frequently, making her a very powerful offensive unit who can take down a wide range of enemies in a turn.
Team gets an Atk boost on Even numbered turns
H!Kagero's default C skill Even Atk Wave will grant H!Kagero and adjacent allies Atk+6 on even numbered turns. Since this C skill actually gives the bonus to H!Kagero and not just her allies, the combined effect of this skill and Mirror Strike 2 give H!Kagero Atk +10 when initiating combat on even numbered turns.
H!Kagero Weaknesses
Low Mobility
Because she is an armored unit, she can only normally move 1 space at a time. It is recommended that you inherit skills such as Armor March or Pivot to increase H!Kagero's mobility.
Weak to Anti-Armor Skills
H!Kagero is an armored unit, making her weak to skills against such units such as Armorslayer+ and Hana's Katana. If attacked by a unit with Armorslayer+, Kagero will take 1.5x damage. Be mindful of what skills your enemies are equipped with. There are lots of weapons like these in the upper ranks of Aether Raids and Arena so be careful.
