Fresh Milk can be sold to a merchant in Shops for 10 Rupees. If you have an excess and don't need them for any smoothies, selling them off can be a decent way to farm some extra rupees.

Can Also Be Consumed As Is

The Fresh Milk ingredient can also be consumed as is to restore 0.5 Heart in a pinch. However, you will get much better use out of it by blending it into a smoothie, so it's better to rely on other methods of gaining HP, such as creating a Bed Echo and resting in it.
