The Acorn Gathering Minigame based on the previews, is a minigame that requires Zelda to collect a certain amount of acorns in an obstacle course within a certain amount of time.

Of course, completing the minigame will give you a reward just like completing a minigame in other Zelda games, but currently there has been no confirmation of what rewards they will give.
