From the area with the water mechanism where you need to light up all the squares and fill the area with water, head to the right and find a ladder.

Climb down and exit to the other side. In the next area, you will find 3 Chompfin enemies swimming alongside 2 Octoroks.

Reduced Cost Becomes 3▼ upon reaching Lv. 8

This Echo costs 4 ▼ to summon.

After Tri reaches Level 8, this echo, along with a few others, will have its cost reduced to 3, allowing you to summon it with one less Triangle.
