How to Use Power Effect

Activate this art any time to imbue Melia with the aura that boosts the range of Elemental buffs. Use it once you have all elementals out as it takes effect upon release, so it's better to have them out then activate it because you'll waste time if you activate it then summon the elements.

Is Power Effect Worth Leveling Up?
