How to Use Tantrum

Use Tantrum at any time, for it has no special conditions. It is a three hit combo that may inflict Break on its third hit to a cone of enemies in front of Riki.

Use it during Chain Attacks as it takes a bit long so when enemies are lined up outside of chain attacks, they may have left the vicinity before the Break hit arrives.
