How to Use Blinding Blossom
First, you select the art, and then once you press it, there will be a yellow box around the portraits of one of your party on the right side.
EnlargeSelect a party member to attract aggro from using the up and down arrows, then press A to activate it.

Level up Blinding Blossom if you have extra AP
We recommend setting and investing into this Art if it works with the build you are running. Although this Art will not be quite as useful overall as some of Dunban's other ones, it certainly has its uses, and it won't hurt to have. Invest into this Art if you are running it, or if have already leveled your more important Arts, and have extra AP to spend.
