Hotfix 1.1.1 was released on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 00:10 PDT. The update mainly focused on giving Invasions more balanced as well as providing it some quality-of-life changes, along with some updates on Inversion Reinforcements.

Content Improvements

Invasions

Order of Truth

  • Removed Arche Pillars that didn't display any Symbols.
  • Improved Arche Pillars so now they face toward the inside of the Battle area.
  • Simplified the design of the Symbols displayed on the Arche Pillars and reduced the number from 6 to 4.
  • Fixed an issue where skills would continue to target the Tumors of the Arche Pillars even after they were destroyed.
  • Improved Pillars so Tumors do not regenerate after they are destroyed.
  • Reduced the number of hits needed to destroy Arche Pillar Tumors from 5 to 3.
  • Adjusted the movement path of the Ancestor Drone.
  • Reduced the movement speed of the Ancestor Drone.
  • Changed the direction of the Symbol displayed above the Ancestor Drone to be vertical.
  • Reduced the number of hits needed to destroy the Malignant Tumor blocking the door from 3 to 2, allowing it to be cleared in one attempt.
  • Increased Range and Firing Rate of the Inversion Energy Emitter.
  • Fixed an issue where Gates would receive DMG if the Descendant would hit a Gate with a skill while having a module equipped that lowered the Skill Power Modifier and also had "Inversion Energy Emitter" equipped.
  • Increased Melee Monster Spawn Rate.

Legion of Immortality

  • Removed the time limit for Artificial Brain Input after the first supply.
  • Changed the amount of Artificial Brains that have to be supplied to 20.
  • Changed the amount of Artificial Brains the player can hold from 15 to 10.
  • Moved the location of the "Phase Separation Veil Generator" near the "Computing Unit" in Battles with named monsters.

Legion of Darkness

  • Adjusted the Arche Tile positions to make it easier to identify them.
  • Reduced the Arche Tile Occupation time to 3 seconds.
  • Simplified the color and symbols displayed on the Arche Tiles and reduced the number from 6 to 4.
  • Removed the Suicide Bomber that would destroy Arche Tiles.
  • Reduced the Spawn Rate of Raiders who would reduce the Arche Tile Occupancy.
  • Changed the Symbols to stay on the Arche Tiles longer after stepping off the Central Control Unit.
  • Added more Central Control Units to allow identifying Arche Tile more easily in some Dungeons.

Elite Monsters

  • All: Reduced the frequency of skill use during Immunity.
  • Ledras: Reduced the quantity and frequency of Guided Projectiles during Immunity.
  • Sigvore: Reduced the skill use frequency of the High-Angle Projectiles and reduced the duration of AOE remaining from Explosives during Immunity.
  • Goroth: Reduced the skill use frequency of Guided Projectile skills and removed the Shield Bearer summoning skill during Immunity.
  • Gramoth: Reduced the skill use frequency of Thermite Grenade during Immunity.
  • Vrignid: Removed the use of Guided Projectile skills and reduced the frequency of Barrier Wall usage during Immunity.
  • Agonia: Reduced the Ice Prison skill use frequency during Immunity.
  • Dreadful Abomination: Reduced the Beam skill use frequency during Immunity.
  • Dmigor: Removed the use of Beam skill and reduced the Mycelium skill use frequency during Immunity. Reduced the Teleportation skill use frequency in combat.
  • Tistruin: Removed the use of Guided Projectile skill and reduced the Induction Power, also reduced the Beam skill use frequency during Immunity.
  • Gruncah: Removed the Beam skill and changed the AOE skill to be the main Skill during Immunity.
  • Karon: Reduced the Shield Fire skill use frequency during Immunity.
  • Ginette: Reduced the Monster Summon skill use frequency during Immunity.

Drops

  • Increased Hailey Research Material rewards available at each Clear Time in Invasion Dungeons from 3, 2, 1. to 5, 4, 3.

Inversion Reinforcement

Skill New Effect
Biodensity Augmentation When defeating an enemy, grants Biodensity Augmentation. Biodensity Augmentation: Max HP +9.5% for 30s (up to 5 stacks)
Shield Particle Augmentation When defeating an enemy, grants Shield Particle Augmentation. Shield Particle Augmentation: Max Shield +6.6% for 30s (up to 5 stacks)
Neural Focus Augmentation When defeating an enemy, grants Neural Focus Augmentation. Neural Focus Augmentation: Max MP +4%, Skill Effect Range -1% for 30s (up to 5 stacks)
Inversion Particle Augmentation When defeating an enemy, grants Inversion Particle Augmentation. Inversion Particle Augmentation: DEF +7% for 30s (up to 5 stacks)
High Density Flame Particle Membrane After reload, grants High Density Flame Particle Membrane. High Density Flame Particle Membrane: Fire Resistance +6.5% for 3s (up to 2 stacks). When changing weapons, removes High Density Flame Particle Membrane
High Density Chill Particle Membrane On hitting an enemy with a firearm, grants High Density Chill Particle Membrane. High Density Chill Particle Membrane: Chill Resistance +9.8% for 0.5s (up to 2 stacks). When changing weapons, removes High Density Chill Particle Membrane
High Density Toxic Particle Membrane When aiming, grants High Density Toxic Particle Membrane every 0.5s. High Density Toxic Particle Membrane: Toxin Resistance +6.5% (up to 2 stacks). Canceling aim removes High Density Toxic Particle Membrane
High Density Electric Particle Membrane On Weak Point hit with a firearm, grants High Density Electric Particle Membrane. High Density Electric Particle Membrane: Electric Resistance +6.5% for 3s (up to 2 stacks). When changing weapons, removes High Density Electric Particle Membrane
Inverted Defibrillation If hit while at 10% HP or less and do not die, grants Inverted Defibrillation. Inverted Defibrillation consumes all MP to recover HP proportionally to the amount of MP consumed. When the effect is triggered, guarantees HP Recovery at least 20% and 50% at max (Cooldown 15s)
Selective Neurostimulation Grants one of the following 3 effects every 60s:
Mental Stimulation has a 60% chance to recover MP by 13.4% of Max MP
Highly Focused has a 30% chance to recover MP by 23.5% of Max MP
Release Unconsciousness has a 10% chance to recover MP by 30.2% of Max MP and HP by 7.8% of Max HP
Recovery Maneuver When using Grappling Hook grants Recovery Maneuver. Recovery Maneuver recovers Shield by 2.5% of Max Shield every 0.1s while using the Grappling Hook (up to 25%) (Cooldown 20s)
Arche Assimilation When an ally is nearby, grants every 0.5s Arche Assimilation. Arche Assimilation lasts for 2s and recovers HP by 14% of Max HP upon reaching Max Stacks (up to 10 stacks) (Cooldown 10s)
Hyperdimensional Vision When landing a Firearm Critical Hit, has a 27% chance to grant Hyperdimensional Vision. Hyperdimensional Vision removes debuffs for 3s and grants Debuff Immunity for the duration (Cooldown 60s)
Void Adrenaline When HP is 20% or less during Intercept Battles, grants Void Adrenaline. Void Adrenaline: All Movement Speeds +20% for 3s (Cooldown 10s)
Secondary Quantization Response When attacking the Legion of Immortality, grants Secondary Quantization Response. Secondary Quantization Response decreases Incoming Damage Modifier by -15% for 5s (Cooldown 15s)
Biostructure Decomposer When attacking the Order of Truth, grants Biostructure Decomposer. Biostructure Decomposer decreases Incoming Damage Modifier by -15% for 5s (Cooldown 15s)
Disable Dark Protocols When attacking the Legion of Darkness, grants Disable Dark Protocols. Disable Dark Protocols decreases Incoming Damage Modifier by -15% for 5s (Cooldown 15s)
Void Defense Optimization During Intercept Battles, grants Void Defense Optimization every 150s. Void Defense Optimization decreases Incoming Damage Modifier by -2.7% (up to 3 stacks)
Forced Device Connection Stepping on an Arche Tile during the Legion of Darkness Invasion grants Forced Device Connection every 0.5s. Forced Device Connection increases DEF by +11.6% for 1s (up to 3 stacks)
Electric Displacement Field When EXCAVA weapon's Energy Grenade is at Max Stacks, grants Electric Displacement Field. Electric Displacement Field: Firearm ATK +51% for 2s. When changing weapons, removes Electric Displacement Field (Cooldown 20s)
Arche Pacemaker When Movement Speed is 300 or less, grants Arche Pacemaker. Arche Pacemaker decreases Skill Cost by -25%, Skill Effect Range by -5%, and Fire Rate by -5%
Unconsciousness When all skills are on cooldown, grants Unconsciousness. Unconsciousness: Cooldown of the next skill used -8%

Bug Fixes

Content

  • Missions have been adjusted to start only after entering the Largescale Outpost barricade.
  • Fixed an issue where incorrect text prompts were displayed when there is a nearby makeshift camp located in a different battlefield.

UI

  • Fixed an issue in the Voltage Charge effect of EXCAVA where the amount of Max Stacks was incorrectly displayed in the next stage of the Enhance Unique Ability screen.
  • Fixed an issue where the Equipment Tier would display "TEXT" when using "Filter all as junk", for Descendants who had it set to "Designate all Tiers" before the update.

Descendants

  • Fixed an issue where "Reference Distance" is incorrectly displayed to be seemed it is affected by "Skill Effect Range related stats in the skill info screen of Hailey's Safe Strategic Retreat
  • Fixed abnormal slipping that happened when Hailey used the Zenith skill after a Sub Attack utilizing Grappling Hook.

Modules

  • Fixed an issue where summoning a Turret within Jayber's Turret Zone with a Module affecting Skill Effect Range equipped, the Turret Zone would not expand as much as it should, due to the Range Module.
  • Fixed an issue where, if Jayber has the 'Turret Engineering' Module equipped, the Turret Engineering skill could duplicate Turret Zones.
