How to Get Eternal Willpower
Complete the Baggage Transport Base Mission
You can get the Eternal Willpower by completing the Baggage Transport Base mission in Agna Desert.
Take note that it is not a guaranteed drop, as there is only a 50% chance of getting it and you may have to spam this mission a few times before you're able to obtain one.
