This is more of a pure cold blooded build imo. you dont have duration or skill range in the build which is pretty necessary imo the skill ranges on viessa are horrible and furagal master is not enough. Also why no mp collector it would be great here I just feel like this build is lacking so much its undortunate.
What a garbage post. In the one section where it actually says what pieces you need, it says you need to do other stuff to get them... HOW ABOUT TELLING ME WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GET THEM!!! That's the whole point of this whole post! How do I get Viessa, which involves getting those pieces. You give tons of useless data that isn't relevant, and don't give the one thing we actually want.
