How to Beat Lord Ura

Lord Ura Strategy

Upgrade Long Sword Skills

Upgrading your Long Sword Skills is a great way to make the boss battle easier.

Try to prioritize Charge Attack, and Ultimate Attack nodes for the Long Sword, and adding points in STR will also help increase your overall damage.

Use Light Attacks

Using the Arcane Light Talismans allows you to attack with Light Attacks from a distance, giving you more time to react and dodge to Lord Ura's attacks.

Fighting from a distance can prove helpful, especially in situations where you need to heal quickly after being hit by Lord Ura's attacks.

Bring Lots of Recovery Items

Lord Ura has very powerful attacks, and coming underleveled and unprepared can make the fight significantly harder.

Stock up on healing and food items by purchasing or cooking before challenging the boss!

Use Dance Stances When Stunned

During the Lord Ura boss fight, you can use Dance Stances once it's stunned to deal more damage. Since you do not have access to the Sacred Staff during this point, utilize your strongest Sacred Treasure to deal the most damage once the boss is stunned instead.

Ideally, your goal is to build 2 charge bars using attacks before the boss is stunned. Once it's stunned, use up all your charge bars by performing both Dances, to deal massive amounts of damage quickly.

Aim for Perfect Dodge

Performing a Perfect Dodge gives you a brief window of opportunity where the monster is slowed, allowing you to freely perform your combos.

During the Lord Ura boss fight, perfect dodges are more important compared to previous boss fights, since its attacks deal significantly more damage, and has shorter wind-up times.
