Found at Autumn Fields
Great Storm Tengu can be found within the Autumn Fields, and is fought during the main quest God of Autumn and Escape Artistry.
To fight Great Storm Tengu again, simply interact with the violet orb in the boss arena to initiate the rematch.
How to Tame Great Storm Tengu
Cannot be Befriended
Great Storm Tengu is one of the few monsters that cannot be befriended.
Great Storm Tengu is Kurama's alternate form, and defeating him in this form returns him to his human form back in Autumn Village.

The Talismans of Blazes are the basic Talismans, which works effectively against Great Storm Tengu, since it has a weakness to Talismans.
Bringing the Silver Saber as a secondary weapon allows you to deal with the Tengu summons at the start of the battle easier, especially if your talisman does not have lots of skills unlocked yet.

The Takenaga Ribbon, Wandering Warrior's Pauldron, and Bronze Bracelet are all equipment that can be crafted from recipes found before reaching Autumn Fields.
Equipping all three increases your defensive stats, allowing you to tank more hits from Great Storm Tengu before needing to heal.

Bringing a team consisting of Sakaki, Hisui, and Ulalaka provides a Debuff team comp, allowing you to weaken Great Storm Tengu while you deal damage.

Use Talismans
Using Talismans, even without a lot of upgrades is still the most effective way to defeat Great Storm Tengu.
If you can, try to invest in learning some of the Talisman's Skills using All-Purpose EXP.
Use Sacred Drum Dances
Using the Sacred Drum Dances can also be helpful during the fight, due to Great Storm Tengu's weakness to Earth Attacks.
Avoid AoE Attacks
Great Storm Tengu has very powerful and wide-ranged magic attacks, which you should prioritize dodging.
Once you see the boss winding up for an AOE Attack, stop attacking and run to safety.
Use Sacred Drum Attacks When Stunned
During the Great Storm Tengu boss fight, you can use Flower Storm once it's stunned to deal more damage.
Using the Sacred Drum's earth attacks when the boss is stunned is the best way to defeat the boss, as long as you have enough Spirit Bars for it.
Aim for Perfect Dodge
Performing a Perfect Dodge gives you a brief window of opportunity where the monster is slowed, allowing you to freely perform your combos.

Defeating Great Storm Tengu the first time frees Kurama, where he returns and restores Autumn Village.
Kurama Romance Guide and Favorite Gifts
Various Item Drops
Challenging and defeating Great Storm Tengu again drops Withered Grass, Bronze, and Clay Soil.
