During the Black Dragon and Her Rider quest in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma (RFGoA), you will be asked to make a decision which will lead to different endings. Read on to learn more about what is the best choice and what happens if you choose each sacrifice!

Sacrifice Trust
Sacrificing Trust will decrease all your Bond Levels. The next time you interact with a character, your Bond will be greatly reduced, but you will not start from Level 0 unless you already had a low Bond Level beforehand.
Sacrifice Experience
Sacrificing Experience will reduce your levels. This will make defeating high level enemies and bosses much harder, especially if you are looking for rare material drops.
Sacrifice Wealth
Sacrificing Wealth will deplete all Gold you are holding to 0. This will make maintaining your villages a challenge. If your villagers are not paid their daily cost, the happiness in your village will reduce, which may cause people to leave.
Don't Sacrifice
If you choose not to sacrifice any of the above, you will get to keep all of your resources and progress, but this will kill off the other protagonist.
Depending on who you are playing, Kaguya or Subaru will no longer be available to romance if you choose to sacrifice them.
What Should You Sacrifice?
Wealth Can Be Easily Obtained
Out of all options, wealth is the easiest to get back. By the time you reach this quest, you are likely receiving a lot of daily income from your villages. Even if all your gold gets wiped, you will be able to earn it back in the span of a few days through selling crops and materials, requests, and Village Traders.

Anonymous 3 monthsIn game, the dragons description for wealth made it sound like it would take all your items. I was glad when it was just the gold. Though, maybe it would have been more balanced with the other two if it did take everything.

Sacrifice gold is easiest choice, and I think devs wanted other MC to live so they a relatively easy choice. By this time, all your four villages should earn far more to cover up the cost. Only pain was I was having trouble upgrading some end game gears lol
