Invite a bachelor or bachelorette to the Snow Festival in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma (RFGoA). Read on to learn how to invite someone to the Snow Festival, as well as the date and time of the event.

How to Invite Someone to the Snow Festival
Invite Them Before the Festival
If you have Bond Level 5 or higher with a marriage candidate, you can invite them to the Snow Festival!
You need to talk to them at least 3 days before the festival in order to get them to come with you.
You cannot invite non-romanceable characters to the festival. This feature is only available to Bachelors or Bachelorettes.
Attend the Snow Festival on Winter 24th at 7:00 PM
Meet with the character you invited on the day of the Snow Festival at the Winter Shrine at 7:00 PM. A cutscene will play after, showing you and your invited character huddled together in a snow dome.

Winter 24th at 7:00 PM
The Snow Festival takes place on Winter 24th at 7:00 PM. This festival will only appear on the calendar once you have unlocked the Winter Village.
