Give Iroha gifts and choose Hangout Choices that they like and love to raise their Bond Level quickly to Level 7.

You also need to complete Iroha's Bonding Quests before you can ask them out on a date. The first Bonding Quest will unlock after reaching Iroha's Bond Level to Level 3.

After you complete the two prerequisites, speak with Iroha and choose the "I love you!" dialogue option. This allows you to set nicknames for each other and unlock the next set of Bonding Quests.

The first requirement to marry Iroha is to raise their Bond Level to Level 10.
Give them Gifts and choose Hangout Choices that they like and love, and bring them as a party member to increase their Bond Level.
You must also complete all of Iroha's Bonding Quests. Note that some Bonding Quests require you to advance the main story, so make sure to progress the main quest while raising their Bond Level.

After reaching Bond Level 10, Woolby will talk to you about marrying Iroha.
You will receive a Red Plum Tree sapling if your player character is Subaru or a White Plum Tree sapling if you are playing as Kaguya. Head behind the village shrine to plant the sapling. Head behind the village shrine to plant the sapling.
To craft the Divine Spirits, you need one Rice and one Wisteria.

Wait a few days, take the tree branch from the Red Plum Tree or White Plum Tree, and cook the Divine Spirits. Talk to Iroha and choose to invite them to Fateweaver Shrine.
Doing so will let you marry Iroha. Note that all intimacy levels with other characters will be removed, as you will be committed to your partner from this point.

Iroha's Swimsuit unlocks after choosing a hangout choice to invite her to the ocean, river, or waterfall. The outfit will appear on the Wardrobe afterward.

Iroha's Marvelous Swimsuit is only available if you purchased the Deluxe, Super Deluxe, or Earth Dancer editions of the game. This is different from the swimsuit that you can unlock when you invite her to hangout.
