The First Pilgrimage festival happens on Spring 1 of the following year. You can invite someone to go with you to the Spring God Shrine at 10 AM, and make wishes together for the new year.
First Pilgrimage Festival Guide

During the Tanabata Festival on Summer 7th, you will be tasked with helping Kanata fulfill people's wishes throughout the night. If you are able to fulfill all wishes before the end of the festival at 11 PM, your bonds will increase for every character in the game, both romanceable and non-romanceable.
Keep in mind that this festival may not be available until you have progressed further into the story.

You can create fireworks and invite romance candidates to the Fireworks Festival on Summer 20th.
If you go to the Summer Village at noon before the festival start, you can talk to Matsuri and she will ask you to help create fireworks for her pyro show!
If you invite someone to watch the fireworks with you, you can customize the firework to fit their liking. They will react positively to the show when they like the firework that you've made.
Fireworks Festival Guide: How to Create Fireworks

If you invite someone to go with you to the Lantern Festival on Autumn 10th, you will be asked to meet with them at the Autumn Shrine at 7 PM. The two of you will cast lanterns down the river and experience a tender moment that will help you get to know your partner better.

During the Snow Festival on Winter 24th, you and your partner will get to share an igloo. You will get a short sweet cutscene that will increase your bonds, but there will be no other activities during the event.
Snow Festival Guide

If you have Bond Level 5 or higher with a marriage candidate, you can invite them to a festival!
You need to talk to them at least 3 days before the festival in order to get them to come with you.
If you bring them to the festival, a special cutscene will play and your Bonds will greatly increase.
You cannot invite non-romanceable characters to the festival. This feature is only available to Bachelors or Bachelorettes.
Festivals like the First Pilgrimage might not be readily available during your first year. You will either need to progress the story further or wait a full year before you can access these festivals.

During the Fireworks Festival, Woolby will gift you a Yukata which you can equip through your Wardrobe.
Cosmetics Guide: List of Outfits

You will also receive the Yukata of all romance candidates after the Fireworks Festival concludes.
