Mechanical Maze is a sub-area found within the Autumn Region in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma. Read on to learn more about the Mechanical Maze, as well as a guide on how to unlock the boss room!

Mechanical Maze Guide
Press 4 Buttons to Unlock Boss Room
To unlock the Boss Room in the Mechanical Maze, you must first interact with the 4 Buttons hidden in the 4 Gear rooms.
First Button Location
To find the first button, head to the westmost gear room, and clear the enemies. Once all the enemies are defeated, jump from gear to gear, until you reach the Red Button at the end of the room.

To find the second button, interact with the lever in the middle of the room to rotate the corridor. Once rotated, head towards the south room and clear the enemies while making your way towards the Red Button.
Third Button Location

To find the third button, destroy the wall leading to the south room. Once destroyed, clear the enemies while making your way towards the Red Button.
Pressing this Button also unlocks the Last Room, which contains the Fourth Button.
Fourth Button Location
After pressing the third button, the room with the last button will unlock, guarded by some enemies.
Clear the enemies and reach the Red Button, and with all buttons turned green, the Boss Room will finally unlock.
Defeat Big Boss Tanuki
The Boss of the Mechanical Maze is Big Boss Tanuki, which features several gimmicks, such as Creating Clones of itself.
Defeat Big Boss Tanuki to complete the Mikoshi Hunt main quest!
