How to Assign Jobs to Villagers

Use the Villager Icon in the Camp Menu

Villager Jobs
Villager jobs can be accessed through the Villager icon in the Camp Menu. This is where you can view your villagers' jobs, residence, output, cost, and qualities.

Use Villager Qualities to Determine Village Job

Villager Job Profile
Looking at the Villager's Qualities will help you determine which job they should take. For instance, someone who is Burly and a Lumber Expert would be better equipped for Logging than for Farming.

Matching the correct Qualities to Jobs may wield a better performance from the villager.

Villager Costs Deduct From Shipping Bin or Personal Funds

Villagers will have a daily cost, which automatically deducts from shipping bin profits or your personal funds if there is not enough money in the shipping bin.

Village happiness can decrease if there is no money, and your villagers might start leaving the village, so manage them wisely!

How to Unlock Villager Jobs

Reach Village Level 3

Spring Village Levels Up to Level 3

Villager Jobs are unlocked when you reach Village Level 3. You can level up your village by completing Village Missions, which may comprise of managing your farm and growing various crops.

Available missions can be found in the Village menu.

Villager Jobs

Farmers

Farming villagers can help tend to farm duties such as planting seeds, watering, and harvesting crops.

Loggers

Logging villagers can help gather lumber from trees, which can be used for buildings and decor.

Village Building Guide

Miners

Mining villagers can collect material stone and ore, which is used for buildings and forging equipment in the Blacksmith.

Traders

Trader villagers can be assigned to manage shops, and will passively earn income for the village each day.
