Looking at the Villager's Qualities will help you determine which job they should take. For instance, someone who is Burly and a Lumber Expert would be better equipped for Logging than for Farming.
Matching the correct Qualities to Jobs may wield a better performance from the villager.
Villagers will have a daily cost, which automatically deducts from shipping bin profits or your personal funds if there is not enough money in the shipping bin.
Village happiness can decrease if there is no money, and your villagers might start leaving the village, so manage them wisely!

Available missions can be found in the Village menu.
