Monsters that are placed in a barn can produce items in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma (RFGoA). Check out a list of barn produce and the monsters that make them as well as how to get items from your barns!

To get barn produce, you need to tame and place monsters in a Barn or Large Barn in your farm.
All items that a monster can drop can be produced in a barn, so you may also get non-conventional barn items when leaving one in your farm.

Use the Plum Branch's Dance of Bonds before defeating a monster to get the chance to tame it. After doing so, the monster will not be knocked out, but instead will have a happy mark on the top of its head.
You then need to give it an item that it likes to completely tame it. You have three attempts to give an item or the monster will be defeated.

Villagers with the Animal Lover quality can be assigned to handle barns in your farm. They can collect the items produced by your tamed monsters, but do note that some items directly go to the shipping shed to be sold.

You can also get better quality items if you place high-level monsters in your barn. For example, low-level Buffamoos will produce Milk (S), but higher level ones can generate Milk (M).
You can level up monsters if you include them in your party, or you can just head to locations where a monster that you want naturally appears with a high level.
