Speak to Matsuri and give her materials to create fireworks for the Fireworks Festival in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma (RFGoA). Read on to learn how to create and customize fireworks during the festival as well as how to invite someone.

How to Create Fireworks
Speak to Matsuri During Fireworks Festival
You'll be able to customize a firework during the Fireworks Festival in the Summer Village. To do so, speak to Matsuri during the day of the festival, which happens on 20th of the Summer month.
All Festivals and What You Can Do
Select a Material
Matsuri will talk about preparing for the pyro show later on in the festival and will ask for your help to create a firework. She will then ask you to give her a piece of material.
The material that you will give her will determine the color of the firework later on. You'll be able to confirm the material and the color it gives before proceeding, so you can take your time in choosing the color that you want.
Select Firework Size
Once Matsuri receives the item that you gave her, she will ask about size of the firework when it is set off. You can either choose medium, large, or deluxe.
Do note that this time, whatever you choose will be the size of the firework, and you cannot change your initial choice.
Fireworks and Festival Date
If you invite someone to watch the fireworks with you, you can customize the firework to fit their liking. They will react positively to the show when they like the firework that you've made.
Characters Like Fireworks Based on Their Color and Personality
Each romance option will have a preferred firework color and size that they love, like, or have a neutral response to. You can check the number of bond points the character receives at the end of the festival to learn their preference.
Note that if you have fail to create a firework from Matsuri, you will only see a generic firework during the date and receive the least amount of bond points.

How to Watch the Fireworks Festival with Someone
Invite Them to Watch Before the Festival
You can watch the fireworks at the night of the festival with a character of your choice. Before the day of the festival, talk to a character that you want and invite them to watch the fireworks with you.
Fireworks from Matsuri Will Be Used
Once invited and after setting up the fireworks with Matsuri, meet the character you invited at the beach of the Summer Village at 7 PM. A scene will play where you and them will watch the show together and the fireworks you prepared earlier will be set off.
