You can use food and Sacred Treasures to heal you and your allies in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma (RFGoA). Read on to learn more about how to heal in the game!

Use Food Items
Food items can be used to heal yourself and your allies if your HP is low. During the Can't Fight on an Empty Stomach quest in the Spring Village, Iroha will teach you how to cook onigiri. From then on, you will be able to cook food as long as you have access to a cooking fire and have the right ingredients for a recipe.
Alternatively, you can always go to a Tea House or Izakaya to buy food directly.
You Can Eat Food in the Middle of Battle
If you or your allies get struck by a devastating blow in the middle of battle, you can open your inventory and eat food to replenish your HP.
While you are on the inventory menu, the game will be paused, allowing you to heal without being attacked.
Use Hot Springs
Taking a bath in Baths, Secret Hot Springs, or Kusatsu's Inn will fully restore your party's HP and RP, and will even give you a temporary buff in combat! However, keep in mind you can only bathe once a day.
Use the Sacred Drum to Cast a Healing Effect
The Sacred Drum can also be used for healing through its skill tree ability Kagura Dance: Flower Blessings. Flower blessings will cast a healing aura around a specific area and grant continuous healing to you and your allies while you battle.
Upgrade Kamiwaza Boost to Increase Healing Effect
Unlocking Kamiwaza Boost will increase the healing effect of the Sacred Drum. There are a total of four Kamiwaza Boosts present in the skill tree.

Use Victory Dance to Heal HP and RP
After you complete the Astral Shrine storyline, you will unlock a new Sacred Dance called a Victory Dance which will instantly restore HP and RP to everyone in your party!
Victory Dance's healing scales based on the total number of villagers that you have in your Villages.
The Skies of Azuma Walkthrough
Bring Healers in Your Party
Healers will heal HP and status effects. Later on, they could even revive fallen party members. They are great to have in the early game when your HP is still low and you are traversing in treacherous domains which inflict status effects.
Improve Healing Through Chemistry Skill Tree
You can improve the healing potency of your items and party skills by having the Skilled Healer node in the Chemistry Skill Tree.
