Your inventory cannot be expanded in Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma (RFGoA), but you have a lot of slots to use. Read on to learn more about your inventory expansion and learn how many items you can store in your inventory and storage box!
How to Expand Inventory
Inventory Cannot Be Expanded
Your main inventory in the game is set and cannot be expanded. Fortunately, there are 75 slots that you can use right from the start of the game, so you will have plenty of space to use when collecting items and materials.
Excess Items Go to Inventory Box
Once you fill up your inventory, you can still pick up any item that you want and it will go directly to your storage box. This way, you don't have to worry about going back home to dump your items and free up storage space.
Storage Box Has Many Slots
Your storage box at home can hold about 1,000 items, so you'll have a lot of space to store items and materials that you don't want to bring while exploring.
The storage box can be accessed in your home at the dragon shrine or from bonfires in the overworld.

I have recently started playing, and haven't gotten very far. My wife has been playing for days, and is much further along in the story BUT she is unable to access the Storage Box at home (Dragon Shrine). It looks like she missed something in the "natural" progression of the game. In my adventure log, there is an item "Inventory Management" which she does NOT have. Does anyone have any way to identify where/how that tutorial is triggered/opened? Any help would be appreciated.
