I just did this one. The coconuts are there to throw you off. There is actually a mandibuzz walking out of some rocks right before the sand drop of the Onix area. Use the neo one booster to speed that way before it flies away and throw apples at it. It’ll start to eat and request complete.

It has something to do with the coconuts near oasis take the right path, I've tried sometimes the Mandibuzz goes towards the beginning and sometimes towards the end after throwing fluffruit in the coconuts but I cannot follow him all the way.
