    Can confirm this is correct just to make it more clear Step 1: use flufffruit to lure pikachu towards the stunfisk that is located to the right of the Neo-one Step 2: take a pic of pikachu getting on and riding the stunfisk like a surfboard

    In the final area of the beach level, get the Pikachu at the very end to go towards the Stunfisk using fluff fruit, Pikachu will then jump onto the Stunfisk and ride it into the water, that is when you snap a photo
