First, you should throw an Illumina Orb at the 2nd Crystabloom (near the Florges). Shaymin will jump up in shock and run around to the left side. Make sure you also hit Pichu with a Fluffruit and get it out of hiding. By the Crystabloom on the left, Shaymin will sleep peacefully until the three friends are around, and hit that one with an Illumina Orb too! Hope that helps
