How to Clear One-Hand Freeze

Find the Sleeping Grookey

You can find Grookey sleeping in the tall grass at the lake area of the course alongside Pichu.

Throw Fluffruit until Grookey Wakes Up

Throw as much Fluffruit as you can on the Grookey until it wakes up. When it wakes up, it should start eating one of the Fluffruit.

Keep Your Eyes on Grookey

As you move away, make sure not to take your camera away from Grookey even as you get further away. Eventually, Grookey will do a one-armed handstand, and you can quickly take the photo.

Alternative Method

Alternatively, if you are having a difficult time taking a photo of Grookey from far away, you can also get a photo of Grookey doing a handstand near the end of the course a few seconds after feeding it Fluffruit. However, we found that Grookey will only do this on very rare occasions, so it may take several attempts to get it to work.
