it's been some years but I was struggling so hard on this one and this helped a TON!
the Grookey at the end field will do the "One Hand Stand" if u throw an Illumina Orb at it, after testing it didn't really work with the fluffruit.
The following method works for me every time: Wait till the end of the stage with the flower field. Zoom in on Grookey, use the scan once to get its attention and start snapping photos like crazy of it. It then does the one-hand stand.
I was having an impossible time getting this because it'd be behind tall grass every time Grookey did the hand stand. I waited until the end of the level and fed him fruit there. Don't hit Pichu or he runs off but a few seconds after he did his flip, he did the handstand and I had no issues catching it!
