You can take a 1 Star photo of Tyrantrum in the second area of the Volcano at Research Level 3. After Tyrantrum finishes chasing a flock of Archeops, it will stop near the entrance of the cave. Take a photo of the Tyrantrum while it is not performing any action to get a 1 Star photo.

In the second area of the Volcano at Research Level 3, a Tyrantrum will enter the area from the left side of the path while chasing a flock of Archeops and stop near the entrance of the cave. While Tyrantrum is stationary, toss a Fluffruit at it to make it angry and take a photo of the Tyrantrum.

You can take a 3 Star photo of Tyrantrum right after following the steps to taking its 2 Star photo. After hitting the Tyrantrum with Fluffruit, it will start running towards the player and chase you into the cave. Once you are safely in the cave, the Tryantrum will roar at you. Take a photo while Tyrantrum roars right in front of you.
