At the beginning of the Jungle (Day) course, you'll find Aipom at the center of the path. Use the Turbo mode to get closer to Aipom. Once closer, throw an Illumina Orb at it and make sure to snap of photo of an Aipom running away to achieve 1 Star Diamond.

After passing through the area where Arbok is blocking the path, you'll find a bunch of Aipom playing on the right side. Give one Aipom a Fluffriut to eat. After it eats the Fluffruit, make sure Aipom is facing you and use the scan to make Aipom in an alert pose. Take a close-up shot to achieve 2 Star Diamond.

Aipom 4 star can also be obtained in the river. Orb the hidden Aipom at the start on the right, orb the second crystabloom when sliding down, hit the revealed Aipom with an apple, and three Aipom will be sleeping with the tropius at the end for 4 star.
